Among the major architectural works there are the church of QT8 neighbourhood, the tower of the park in via Revere, the building in piazza San Marco in Milan, the Department of Biology at Milan University, the Tanimoto house in Tokyo, the Cassina house in Carimate and the sea houses in Framura.

As designer Vico Magistretti worked with companies such as Artemide, Campeggi, Cassina, De Padova, Flou, Fontana Arte, Fritz Hansen, Kartell, Olivari, Oluce, Poggi, Schiffini, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna.
